Ranjeet, the Managing Director of public listed Vascory Bhd, received the third highest state award of Darjah Cemerlang Seri Melaka (DCSM) award which carries the title ‘Datuk Wira’. Harpal Singh, the CEO of Emdell Security Services Sdn Bhd and a kabaddi proponent in Malaysia, received the ‘Datuk’ award. Vascory is an investment holding company with an interest globally including Germany, United Kingdom, India, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. It is involved in credit strategies, leisure and hospitality, real estate and development, risk advisory, technologies and commodities, according to information at its website. Its chairman is Syed Mohd Yusof Syed Nasir, a longtime business partner of the Sultan of Selangor. In June 2016, Ranjeet who wholly-owned Vascory Technologies Sdn Bhd had informed Vascory AG that he intended to bring all the shares of Vascory Technologies Sdn Bhd in the company by way of a capital increase, according to a Reuters report.

As a part of Vascory's corporate social responsibility we support MERCY Malaysia in bringing relief to disaster zones around the world. MERCY Malaysia is a nonprofit organization focused on providing medical relief and sustainable health-related development for communities in need. KUALA LUMPUR: The inaugural Vascory Classic in Malaysia next year will be jointly sanctioned by the Asian Tour and Japan Golf Tour Organisation, extending a close cooperation that has existed between both the international Tours for over a decade. Title sponsor Vascory Land also announced an increase in prize fund to RM2.5 million when the event becomes the first Asian Tour tournament in Southeast Asia to be sanctioned with the Japan Golf Tour. Currently, the Asian Tour and Japan Golf Tour already co-sanction the Asia-Pacific Open Golf Championship Diamond Cup in Japan. Kuala Lumpur, October 8: The Vascory Classic will become Malaysia’s latest professional golf tournament to join the Asian Tour Schedule in 2015, officials announced today. The US$500,000 (approximately RM1.6 million) event will make its debut at the award-winning Templer Park Country Club, whose major shareholder is Vascory Land Sdn Bhd, from August 20 to 23, 2015 and will count towards the Asian Tour Order of Merit and receive Official World Golf Ranking status. The par-72 championship course, designed by Kentaro Sato and Japanese legend Jumbo Ozaki, is rated as one of the most scenic and challenging courses in Malaysia. It is located on the outskirts of the Malaysian capital city of Kuala Lumpur.
